Job Title: Accounts Receivable Payments Analyst

This role is ideal for a detail-driven accounting professional who thrives in accounts receivable, cash application, and claims support, and who takes pride in keeping financial records precise, compliant, and audit-ready.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $18.50-$24.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule with onsite work Tuesday-Thursday in Mason, OH

Employment Type: Temporary, full-time

What You'll Do Day to Day



  • Process daily cash receipts and accurately post payments to customer accounts, including credit cards, credits, debits, and write-offs
  • Research, resolve, and properly apply unapplied cash balances
  • Record payments received via lockbox, EFT, wire transfers, and credit cards
  • Maintain organized and audit-ready documentation, including remittances and bank statements
  • Support management with reporting, reconciliations, and accounts receivable analysis
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting procedures, and documentation standards
  • Manage multiple priorities while meeting daily deadlines in a high-volume environment


What You'll Bring



  • Prior experience in accounts receivable, cash application, claims processing, or related accounting functions
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 20-40 lbs as needed
