As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to support a welcoming atmosphere, and deliver outstanding customer service while communicating clearly with tenants and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, potential hazards, or property damage within the assigned area.
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and visitors to address questions or concerns related to security-related matters.
• Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management.
• Assist with access control procedures, including monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials as required.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
