This position offers a balanced practice that includes the full spectrum of general adult cardiothoracic surgical cases. This is an excellent opportunity for a surgeon who enjoys a diverse operative practice while also playing a key role in the growth and advancement of Virtua's mechanical circulatory support program. Join Virtua Cardiothoracic Surgery and enjoy a comprehensive cardiothoracic practice while helping advance life-saving therapies for patients with advanced heart failure. The minimum base salary for this position is $772,500.00 per year, in compliance with New Jersey pay transparency laws. Final compensation will be competitive and commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and prevailing market factors.
