As an Allied Universal Security Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will be responsible for access control duties, monitoring entry points, and conducting routine patrols to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while remaining visible throughout the area. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

• Assist with access control procedures by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors entering the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or activities within the facility.
• Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting personnel and visitors in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to observe for unusual or suspicious activity.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including assisting with evacuations or lockdowns if necessary.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related threats and/or violations at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) issued by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
