Campaign Producer, Services

This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA.

Summary

This role supports an External Marketing team focused on driving customer acquisition and increasing awareness and education of a broad portfolio of services through integrated online and offline marketing campaigns. The Campaign Producer partners cross-functionally across marketing and creative disciplines to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and ensure seamless project management across multiple campaign and asset-driven workstreams.

Our Ideal Candidate



  • 3-4 years of experience in project management, operations management, campaign production, or a related support function
  • Passion for marketing and creative operations with a strong foundation in campaign and asset lifecycle management
  • Proficient in project, resource, and image tracking tools, with strong organizational and process skills
  • Familiar with media planning, media strategy, ad trafficking, marketing measurement, analytics, and creative production workflows
  • Experienced collaborating with media, creative, production, retouching, analytics, and channel activation teams
  • Able to work independently while managing multiple projects, schedules, and competing deadlines
  • Flexible and adaptable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience with subscription-based service marketing is a plus


Job Description

In this role, you will coordinate and project manage end-to-end marketing campaign lifecycles across online and offline media channels while also supporting image and creative asset production workflows. You'll partner closely with media strategy, channel activation, analytics, creative, and production teams to develop and launch informed marketing recommendations.

You will manage image schedules, expectations, resource allocation, and asset tracking across multiple projects, providing regular daily and weekly status updates. This includes receiving, compiling, confirming accuracy, and distributing project information to appropriate stakeholders, as well as communicating effectively with creative, production, and retouching teams to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.

You will be accountable for identifying risks, unblocking stalled projects, troubleshooting issues, and driving process improvements as solutions emerge. You will schedule and facilitate pre- and post-production meetings, support creative trafficking, contribute to status agendas, media recommendations, reporting, and campaign wrap summaries, and ensure teams are adhering to established workflows and best practices.

This role also partners closely with asset management teams to ensure proper archiving and handoff of final creative assets and stays current with evolving tools, technologies, and processes to continuously improve efficiency and scalability.

Education and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent practical experience
  • Background in marketing operations, campaign management, creative production, media, or project management
  • Familiarity with creative and collaboration tools such as Numbers, Pages, Keynote, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Camera Raw, Photo Mechanic, Capture One, and Quip


Additional Requirements

This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires hybrid work

The pay for this W-2 position is $42.54 per hour

This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements
