This internship offers hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and HR processes. You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment operations, develop SOPs, and contribute to strategic projects that enhance candidate experience and employer branding. Job Responsibilities
Recruitment Support: Assistwith job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling. Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Support pre-employment testing and onboarding activities. Hiring Event Administration: Post events. Develop advertising with help of the print shop. Ensure documents are ready for events. Possible eventattendance on the organization's behalf. Strategic Projects: Contribute to redesigning the recruitment website for better candidate experience. Assistin developing recruitment brochures and marketing materials. Help shapestructureof future internship program at Heartland Coca-Cola.Assistin documentation of Standard Operating Procedures and processes. Job Requirements
