This could be the perfect fit for you! About the Opportunity The YMCA of the North Shore is hiring energetic, reliable, and enthusiastic Camp Counselors for Summer 2026 at our Marblehead locations. Choose your summer adventure: Children's Island (Marblehead) Spend your summer on a one-of-a-kind island in Marblehead Harbor-complete with a daily ferry ride on the Hannah Glover! This rustic ocean oasis offers swimming, sailing, wakeboarding, kayaking, environmental science with our Island Rangers program, arts & crafts, gaga pit, and more. Marblehead YMCA Day Camp Support a dynamic day camp program by leading gymnastics, sports, swimming, and engaging group activities that create lasting memories for campers. What You'll Do As a Camp Counselor, you will: Lead games, activities, and outdoor adventures Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for campers Support youth development through teamwork, creativity, and fun Stay engaged, energetic, and proactive throughout the day Help make every camper's summer unforgettable Why Work at the Y? Qualifications If you are looking to expand your resume and develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, this may be the summer job opportunity for you!
