Job Summary:

The Lead Blow Mold Operator helps to direct workflow within the Blow Mold Dept. according to established company standards to achieve key performance and to help trouble shoot, and communicate issues to Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Identify blow mold issues and communicate to the manger.
  • Assist in assigning workload to Blow Mold Operators, and assist in the operator of blow mold machines.
  • Assist in relieving blow mold operators for lunches and breaks when necessary, and ensure compliance with the department.
  • Ensure safe work practices are adhered too within the blow-molding department.
  • Maintain all documents and paperwork, and ensure that it is accurate and complete.
  • Oversee Resin Deliveries and ensure all associated paperwork is complete and in place.
  • Provides employee training and development on safety related issues.
  • Trains all blow molding operators in safety practices
  • Maintains a clean department and follows all GMP practices
  • Maintains cycle times, and posts within the department.


Education and Experience:



  • At least 2 years blow molding experience
  • Team oriented
  • Ability to work well with a diverse workforce
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • High school diploma, college degree preferred.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.

The pay range for this position is
$33.78 $35.12 USD
