Electrical Engineering Group Lead

* Lead and coordinate project delivery across multiple projects.

* Plan, schedule, assign, and review technical work and provide day-to-day technical direction to junior staff.

* Serve as project manager on select projects as assigned by management.

* Mentor engineers/designers on standards, calculations, and drawing quality.

* Serve as electrical discipline authority for codes, standards, and design decisions.

* Lead technical reviews, interdisciplinary checks, and QA/QC for project deliverables.

* Maintain and establish relationships with clients, teaming partners, and contractors.

* Coordinate with Spectra Tech sales team to service existing clients and to strategically develop new clients.

Education and Experience: BS in Electrical Engineering; PE license preferred. 11-15+ years electrical engineering/design experience with discipline-lead delivery. Strong planning/estimating, QA/QC, and client communication skills. Working knowledge of applicable electrical codes/standards.
