Description

Primary Purpose:

Ensuring that our headquarters campus grounds remain immaculate and very well-manicured.

Essential Responsibilities:



  • Daily buildings, grounds, and parking lot inspections.
  • Blowing sidewalks and driveways as needed.
  • Spot Pressure washing on campus.
  • Assist with all aspects of landscape maintenance to include hedge trimming, weed spraying, weed removing, replacing plants & flowers.
  • Work with our landscaping vendor and irrigation vendor.
  • Assist with off campus grounds as needed.
  • Handle routine maintenance all bank owned equipment.
  • Handle seasonal plantings on campus.
  • Other related duties as assigned both on campus.
  • Full-time position 40-hour week Monday through Friday typical. This position will on rare occasion require after hours work supporting special events on campus or to make up hours. (Lost due to inclement weather during the week.)
  • Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
  • Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Required Skills or Competencies:



  • Very detail oriented.
  • Ability to work well with others, but also well when left alone.
  • Ability to tolerate working outdoors during periods of extreme heat or cold. (To include supporting responses to snow/ice events.)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Driver's license with a clean current driving record

  • Takes ownership of our campus grounds and accept responsibility for our exquisite curb appeal.


Physical Requirements:



  • Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally.
  • Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs.
  • Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation.
  • Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
