About the Role Carley Foundry is looking for a hands-on Cleaning Room Supervisor to lead our Cleaning Room, Benching, and Casting Finishing operations. This role is ideal for a strong floor leader who prioritizes safety, quality, and production performance in a manufacturing environment. 80% on the production floor \| 20% administrative What You'll Do Supervise grinding, blasting, chipping, swing grinding, cut-off, weld repair, and finishing operations Plan and assign work to meet production schedules and quality standards Drive scrap reduction, cost control, and continuous improvement Lead, train, and develop production employees Enforce safety, PPE, quality standards, and union agreement compliance Coordinate materials, tooling, and equipment maintenance Partner with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams What We're Looking For One of the following required: 2+ years of college + 3 years manufacturing supervision High school diploma + 5 years manufacturing supervisor experience High school diploma + 5 years at Carley Foundry (1+ year group leader) Preferred qualities: Foundry or heavy manufacturing experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Work Environment Physically demanding foundry setting Lift up to 60 lbs Extended standing and PPE use required Why Join Us? Salary: The anticipated annual salary range is $65,000 to $75,000, based on education, experience, & demonstrated skills.
