OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join our team and provide support in multiple areas of HR. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of HR processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
* Assist with the processing of payroll, including data entry, verifying information, and resolving discrepancies
* Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures as needed
* Assist in employee onboarding and hiring processes as needed
* Maintain employee files and documentation in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
* May assist with various HR processes including but not limited to: employee leave requests, talent, workers compensation, employee relations, payroll
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Technology or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
* 2+ years of experience in HR and/or System Administration, preferably in Ceridian Dayforce
* Moderate to expert skill level in Microsoft Excel
* Ability to keep information confidential and secure, with an understanding of information security standards
* Strong understanding of HR processes and regulations
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
COMPENSATION:
This is an annual-based salary range of $65,000 - $70,000 per year. Compensation is based on experience.
