You'll Support Meaningful Work By:
  • Responding to emergency incidents including medical, fire, environmental, and securityrelated situations as the first onscene support
  • Monitoring critical security systems, alarms, and LifeSafety programs from the Security Operations Center on a local and global scale
  • Managing daily security operations such as visitor processing, trailer checkins, multiline phone system calls, badge support, and report documentation
  • Conducting regular patrols, facility inspections, and weekly/monthly safety audits across assigned locations
  • Collaborating with internal partners including Facilities, Health & Safety, HR, Logistics, and Operations to support workplace safety and coordinated incident response
  • Assisting with deescalation, customer service interactions, and support for highstress or sensitive situations
  • Participating in department projects or improvement initiatives based on interest, skill development, and business needs
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated customer service skills, including empathy, clear communication, and effective problemsolving
  • Ability to work the established secondshift rotation, including weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift more than 25 lbs as part of daily responsibilities
  • Comfort working with computers and navigating multiple software applications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Availability to train on first shift (typically 7am-3pm) for the initial 4-5 week training period
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Prior experience in security, emergency response, or a customerfacing role
  • Experience using security systems, access control tools, or multiline phone systems
  • Skill in deescalation, staying calm under pressure, and navigating sensitive situations
  • Strong attention to detail with experience documenting incidents or writing reports
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional partners (e.g., Facilities, HR, Logistics, Operations)
  • Interest in learning new systems, processes, and protocols in a structured environment
