This is a 6-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA.

• 
  10+ years of experience in content development and video production within music, entertainment, sports, television, or digital media
  
• Passion for storytelling and culture-driven content with a strong foundation in high-end video production
• Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written), with the ability to produce talent and provide creative feedback in Spanish
• Deep understanding of Spanish-language cultures, trends, and audience behaviors
• Proficient in Keynote, Microsoft Office, Pages, and Numbers, with strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills
• Experienced in developing culture-defining content that cuts through the noise across multiple platforms
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional internal teams and external partners, agencies, and production vendors
• Able to lead multiple projects simultaneously from ideation through delivery
• Action-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Exceptional attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines
• Discreet in handling confidential information
• Strong relationship-builder with a solid reputation across creative and production communities

This includes managing Spanish-language communications with artist teams and partners, producing talent in Spanish, overseeing subtitling when needed, and developing creative formats for both on-platform and off-platform distribution. You will identify and manage creative partners, oversee in-studio and on-location productions, review budgets, and ensure best practices from pre-production through final delivery.

You will also support ongoing content initiatives, maintain strong vendor relationships, and bring a passion for film, television, and new media to drive compelling, high-quality storytelling.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• Background in video production, content development, media, or entertainment
• Experience working with high-profile talent, agencies, and production partners preferred

The pay for this W-2 position is $76.42 per hour
