Senior Keynote Presentation Designer

This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Cupertino, CA.

Summary

This role supports the Growth Marketing team by developing high-impact, executive-level presentations for senior leadership. The position partners closely with senior stakeholders to translate high-level direction into polished, pixel-perfect presentation materials that support strategic initiatives and decision-making.

Our Ideal Candidate

• 7+ years of experience in presentation design, creative production, or a related field
• Passion for marketing and storytelling with a strong foundation in visual communication
• Highly proficient in Keynote and supporting design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or similar applications
• Experienced in best practices for building executive-level presentations
• Skilled at synthesizing complex quantitative and qualitative information into clear, digestible narratives
• Experienced in creating device and screen comps
• Comfortable collaborating closely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners
• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver under tight timelines
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and stakeholder needs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail

Job Description

In this role, you will create and refine Director-level and above Keynote presentations in support of Growth Marketing initiatives. You'll partner closely with senior leadership and their teams to interpret high-level guidance, propose thoughtful creative solutions, and deliver final, presentation-ready materials.

You will also help manage and enhance a shared repository of Keynote templates, develop how-to guides, and support internal drop-in sessions to enable the broader team to build effective presentations for day-to-day working sessions.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Background in design, marketing, creative production, or visual communications
• Experience supporting executive or senior leadership presentations preferred

This opportunity is located in Cupertino, CA and requires hybrid on-site work

The pay for this W-2 position is $81.23 per hour.
