Creative Production Coordinator This is a 6-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA. Summary This role supports a marketing operations and creative production team responsible for enabling end-to-end video asset production. The Creative Production Coordinator partners closely with creative, production, and post-production teams to maintain workflows, schedules, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring clear cross-functional communication and accurate asset distribution. Job Description In this role, you will support creative production workflows by coordinating video assets, tracking project details, and ensuring timely delivery across multiple campaigns. You'll partner with production managers, creative teams, and internal stakeholders to manage asset intake, distribution, and follow-through across all phases of production. This includes coordinating day-to-day servicing workflows, maintaining tracking tools, fulfilling internal requests, supporting campaign builds, tracking budgets and financial documentation, and ensuring accuracy across systems and deliverables. You will also support multi-title initiatives and special projects while contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the creative production team. Education and Experience

The pay for this W-2 position is $46.67 per hour This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
