S&ME is looking for an eager and dedicated full-time Laboratory Supervisor to join our Construction Services team in Augusta, Georgia. What You Will Do: As a Laboratory Supervisor, you will lead the daily operations of geotechnical and construction materials testing laboratories, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and technical excellence in every workflow. You will champion the adoption of advanced testing technologies, uphold rigorous quality standards, and guide a skilled team to deliver highvalue results for internal and external clients. In this role, you will serve as a technical consultant, manage laboratory accreditation programs, and safeguard the facility's safety and compliance. Your work will directly support project success, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement across laboratory functions.
