Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Manager for MasTec Industrial, you will lead a tough, results-driven recruiting team that keeps heavy industrial jobsites stacked with the skilled pros who get the hard work done. You will own full-cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies that attract top talent and craft talent who know how to operate in high-stakes, high-horsepower industrial environments.
This role partners directly with senior leaders and HR to stay ahead of project demand, workforce swings, and rapid mobilization needs across complex builds. You will sharpen processes, build strong field relationships, and deliver a steady pipeline of qualified talent ready to hit the ground running. You will coach and elevate a TA team that thrives in a fast-moving, boots-on-the-ground construction culture. MasTec is doing big things in 2026, and we want you to be part of it! This position will be one of three Talent Acquisition Managers supporting the MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure segment market sectors, specifically the MasTec Industrial subsidiaries.
