Bio-Rad is looking for a Sales and Market Analyst to join the Americas Commercial Operations Organization. In this role, you will combine your analytical skills with strong business sense to deliver actionable insights to the Americas Commercial Leadership team. By leveraging customer data, sales analytics, and market information, you will turn both internal and external data into valuable intelligence that informs decision-making and drives business performance across the Americas region. Experience in the life science or clinical testing markets is highly preferred. To succeed in this role, the candidate must be able to break down complex data sets into straightforward, concise executive summaries, all while managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.

How You'll Make An Impact:



  • Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and finance teams to review monthly and quarterly results, providing clear and actionable insights on performance and emerging market trends.
  • Examine customer behavior, segmentation, and purchasing patterns to pinpoint opportunities for growth and enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Work closely with IT to create and validate dashboards that monitor sales performance, customer engagement, and sales team activities.
  • Gather, integrate, and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities and feedback from the sales team.
  • Support pricing, sales incentives, and territory planning teams by supplying robust analytical expertise.


What You Bring:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Data Science, Finance, Life Science or related field
  • Work Experience: 5+ years in analytics, business intelligence or a similar role within a life sciences commercial environment.
  • Knowledge of sales process and CRM tools (SalesForce and CPQ preferred)
  • The ability to effectively partner cross-functionally throughout the organization.
  • Proven proficiency in data visualization and reporting platforms such as Tableau and Power BI, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-level presentations.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $121,100 to $166,700 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
