Responsibilities

Our integrative, psychodynamic approach combines physical, psychological, spiritual, and science-based approaches. Qualifications The Clinical Director is responsible for the supervision of the clinical staff. He/she consults with other senior leaders as needed. The Clinical Director maintains close communication with the clinical staff, provides any information relevant to the program's clinical operation, and assists in developing and modifying the clinical aspect of the program. He/she monitors documentation by the clinical staff to ensure that documentation is maintained at the highest level and is responsible to provide 24-hour management of the clinical function of the facility. The Clinical Director is responsible for ensuring that the programs protect the rights and confidentiality of all patients and provides each client with the required clinical care. Responsibilities
Qualifications and Skills
Required experience: Substance Abuse/Mental Health Treatment - 3 years. Required license or certification: LMSW, LMFT, LPC or Clinical Psychologist. The Clinical Director will be an appropriately licensed and /or certified professional, and /or eligible for certification or licensure, with training or experience in Substance Use and Mental Health Disorders. This individual must also possess managerial and leadership skills. There is no history of alcohol or other drug misuse for a period of three years before employment as the Clinical Director and does not display evidence of misuse of alcohol or other drugs while employed as the Clinical Director. Quality Of Work: The Clinical Director will ensure all State and Federal Regulations, including accreditation and agency standards are maintained at all times. The Clinical Director has knowledge of and is culturally sensitive to employees and the problems of patients.
