About Loews Royal Pacific Resort

We are seeking an Front Office Manager to direct and supervise the operational activities of the guest services team to the appropriate levels of service and quality as defined by Loews Hotels. The Front Office Manager willensurethe guest service team is exceeding expectations for telecom, front desk and concierge services as desired by the guest. Overall responsibilities include room type management, training, team relations, communication, cash handling, day to day supervision in partnership with the front office leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years' experience in hospitality or relevant industry required.

  • Minimum of two years leadership experience in hospitality or relevant industry required.

  • Previous experience in guest services preferred

  • Previous experience with property management systems preferred (HOTSOS, REX, PMS, OPERA).

  • Excellent Guest Service skills required

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience preferred

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and written with team members, leaders and guests required.

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time required.

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
