Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Wednesday, 4:00 PM - 4:00 AM (12-hour shifts, flexibility required)

Employment Type: Temporary, with potential for full-time conversion

Daily Responsibilities

• Operate in the sewing area of Spoonflower, primarily focused on product creation
• Perform quality assurance checks to maintain top-notch standards
• Prepare work efficiently for the next operation in the production process
• Maintain OSHA safety standards and ensure a clean, organized work area
• Execute assigned tasks promptly while meeting production deadlines
• Collaborate effectively with supervisors, tech support, and peers
• Adapt to changing priorities and assist with additional projects as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sewing experience (preferably in a production environment)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal) - some English required
• Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., crouch, bend, reach, and perform repetitive hand/arm motions
• Comfortable standing for long periods, with the opportunity to sit while sewing
• Hard-working, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines under pressure
