Overview
The Copilot Insights team is leading efforts across Office to help set the direction for where we innovate and add value to our customer's daily interactions. These efforts include analytics of large data sets, data integration, real-time analytics, and business intelligence. These apply to applications across Office and will help set the direction for the features we develop and those we ship to customers to drive active Copilot engagement through data driven decision making and active experimentation. Our mission is togrow Copilot value and usage across the suite of Office applications and expand on the growing data culture within Microsoft and Office.
Join our team on Copilot Insights as we develop, monitor, and analyze the key datasets and metrics that drive Copilot growth. We will continue to expand our offerings and meet the ever-growing demands of our customers, we are seeking a Software Engineer who thrives on the complexities that come with developing productivity software and helping to enhance it with AI integration.
As a Data Engineer II - Copilot Insights, you will participate in projects that improve availability, scalability, query performance, storage optimizations, and integration across multiple data systems. You will collaborate with partner teams, working across boundaries to create innovative solutions for analyzing and shaping data in a way that makes it easier for us to monitor, draw insights from, and run diagnostics on to see how the changes we make on a daily basis impact our customers and their interactions with Copilot in Office. #Office #Copilot Data Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
