Job Title: Tech Support Analyst

Location(s): Los Angeles, CA

Position Summary:
The Tech Support Analyst provides hands-on technical support to end users across multiple locations. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to troubleshoot both hardware and software issues, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. The analyst will support Windows and macOS environments, assist with device deployment, and contribute to documentation and asset management efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users as needed.
• Deploy, configure, and support Windows and macOS computers for end users.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and IoT devices.
• Perform basic computer hardware troubleshooting and remediation.
• Document technical support procedures and assist in maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Research and resolve unfamiliar technical scenarios, escalating issues appropriately when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter while recognizing when to consult or escalate issues.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Motivation to learn and adapt in a dynamic technical support environment

Shift:

• Day, 5x8-Hour (08:00-17:00).
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
