Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a Senior Mission Integrator to support our Client in meeting critical mission needs. The Mission Integrator will perform the following functions:

    Gather and track relevant requirements for development
  • Validate, document and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Translate operational requirements into technical specifications
  • Meet with vendors and engineering teams to participate in TEMs and design reviews to ensure technical solutions meet end user needs
  • Support documentation review and coordination
  • Support setup and execution of test events to prove out solutions
  • Support to end-users, leveraging specific technical expertise
  • Other ad-hoc tasking as required


Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • TS/SCI with Poly level clearance
  • Minimum of 5 years experience supporting the Client.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing technical requirements and conducting technical reviews of products and documentation.
  • Demonstrated experience with setup and execution of test events

Desired:

  • Bachelor's degree in science, business, or a technical field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive self-starter able to support multiple efforts simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products.

Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
