Job Summary The Production Department Supervisor is responsible for the overall operation of its department consistent with cost, profit and production goals. Hourly/Salary Pay Range: $50,000 - $100,000 annually dependent on experience* *pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living Bonus/Incentive Pay (appropriate item below would be inserted based on the job): For hourly positions with incentive pay: Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses.
