Location: Remote

Role Overview
Sapiens is looking for a Director of Sales Operations, North America to become a key member of the North America Sales team. This role is responsible for optimizing sales processes, managing sales data, and supporting the sales organization in achieving operational excellence. The position involves analyzing sales performance metrics, implementing tools and processes, and ensuring alignment between sales strategy and company objectives.

Job Responsibilities



  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, provide insightful analysis, and generate regular reports to track performance against targets.
  • Pipeline & GTM Cadence: Plan and facilitate key Pipeline and GTM forums, including Sales Kickoff, Quarterly Business Reviews, regular Pipeline Reviews, and sales preparations for the annual Customer Conference.
  • Commission Plan Management: Manage sales commission plans to incentivize performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives and consistency across the sales organization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment, operational efficiency, and a strong customer experience.
  • Sales Budget and Targets: Support quota setting, track attainment, and follow up on the sales budget in close alignment with Finance.
  • Salesforce (SFDC): Leverage Salesforce data to track customer engagement, pipeline health, and overall sales performance.
  • Talent Development: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Sales Operations function. Support the recruitment and onboarding of sales executives.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Support the Head of Sales with ad-hoc projects as required by the business.



Requirements



  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations within a global organization
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proven managerial experience
  • Highly process-driven, well-organized, with strong integrity and professionalism
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in reporting and data analysis
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving, and entrepreneurial environment
