Patient Service Representative - Cardiology Department

Department: Cardiology - Front Desk
Location: 96 Campus Dr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Remote Flexibility: None - Onsite Only

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Patient Service Representative to support our Cardiology Department at the front desk. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients, thrives in a fastpaced clinical environment, and is looking for an entry point into healthcare-no prior medical clerical experience required.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience
• Manage patient checkin and checkout processes with accuracy
• Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and route inquiries
• Maintain confidentiality while supporting daily clinic operations
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
