Windows 11 Deployment Technician Bridgeport, CT Contract \| 40 hrs/week \| Onsite Pay based on experience Job Description TEKsystems is partnering with a major hospital system in Bridgeport, CT to support a Windows 11 deployment project. We are seeking a Deployment Technician to assist with device preparation, upgrades, troubleshooting, and onsite enduser support as the organization transitions from Windows 10 to Windows 11. This role is fully onsite and will run through midJune. Occasional travel to nearby locations will be required. DaytoDay Responsibilities * Deploy and upgrade workstations from Windows 10 to Windows 11 * Image, configure, install, and validate devices prior to user handoff * Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, OS, wireless connectivity, and basic networking * Document all work and troubleshooting steps accurately in the ticketing system * Provide onsite support to hospital staff during cutovers and after migrations * Travel to nearby facilities as needed (additional $2/hr premium included) MustHave Skills * Minimum 1 year of professional IT support experience * Handson experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 * Experience with imaging tools, device configuration, and OS deployment * Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and OS issues * Basic understanding of networking fundamentals * Excellent customer service and communication skills, especially in clinical environments Work Environment * Fully onsite in Bridgeport, CT * Hospital setting with direct interaction with clinical and administrative end users * Contract expected to run through midJune * 40 hours per week Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bridgeport, CT.
