Main mission
Manage payroll and employee data autonomously, ensuring legal compliance and reliable HR reporting to support management decisions for EMEA region.

Key responsibilities



  • Prepare, execute, and verify monthly payroll in collaboration with the social secretariat.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and master data in the HR system.
  • Ensure compliance with Belgian labor and tax regulations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding payroll and benefits.
  • Administer insurance and benefits programs: manage daily follow-up of employee affiliations, de-registrations, changes, and related communication with providers.
  • Produce and maintain HR reports (headcount, absenteeism, overtime, etc.).
  • Support process improvements and data accuracy within HR operations.
  • Liaise with external bodies (social security, tax authorities, insurance providers).



Profile



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in payroll management and other HR related tasks.
  • Excellent knowledge of payroll processes and Belgian labor law; experience with payroll in other EMEA countries is a strong asset.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll tools (SAP HR, Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.).
  • Rigorous, autonomous, proactive and detail oriented.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written); other European language(s) are an advantage.
