The Global Customer Success (GCS) organization-part of CE&S-drives customer success on the Microsoft Cloud by combining advanced AIpowered capabilities with deep human expertise. We are seeking a strategic, executive-readyAI Strategy & Enablement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will shape how AI and Copilot technologies are adopted across large-scale programs, guiding efforts from early ideation and business case development through execution and enterprise-wide landing. You will serve as the critical connector between business, engineering, and executive stakeholders to ensure AI is not simply explored-but measured, championed, and successfully implemented. The AI Strategy & Enablement Specialist conducts market-focused research by gathering and interpreting insights, identifying both existing business opportunities and emerging whitespace for Microsoft. They synthesize findings into actionable strategic recommendations, using strong executive presence to influence decisions and highlight forwardlooking ideas often overlooked by others. This role communicates insights to senior leaders through compelling written narratives and influence models, while maintaining key internal partnerships. They contribute to large-scale strategy initiatives and independently lead smaller projects with director-level guidance. Additionally, they mentor junior team members, support executive communications on behalf of the Strategy function, and provide coordination for executive-level meetings. Business Strategy IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
