Position Summary Odyssey Systems is seeking a dynamic Manager, Learning & Development to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise-wide learning initiatives that build organizational capability and advance performance. In this role, you will partner with business leaders to assess development needs and implement innovative, scalable training solutions that support Odyssey's strategic priorities. You will oversee the Learning & Development function and champion programs that cultivate leadership excellence, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of growth. Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to:
Strategic Learning Leadership: Partner with senior Odyssey leaders to assess skill gaps and development opportunities, gaining a deep understanding of Business Group strategies and translating them into scalable learning roadmaps that support organizational growth and mission success.
