Snapshot of your Day
As the Mechanical Systems Engineering Tech, you will be responsible for supporting the Mechanical Systems team with reviewing and approving spare part drawings and parts lists including interfacing with suppliers and procurement team members. You will also assist in creating technical specifications, perform document control, and define instructions for 3D modeling to drafters.

• Review of supplier submittals (primarily related to spare parts).
• Help with updating technical specifications.
• Creating and follow-up of D-Specs (3D model instructions) in drafting.
• Reviewing internal and external documentation.
• Assist Mechanical Systems Engineer with overflow tasks as requested.
• Support Mechanical Systems Department with general department needs.

• Technical degree or background.
• Up to 3-5 years related technical experience.
• Capability to handle cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work as part of a large global engineering team in a collaborative manner.
• Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form and to interface within a wide range of organizations both internally and externally.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills a plus.
