We're looking for a Brand & Field Support Specialist ready to make an impact. In this role, you'll serve as the connection point between Corporate Marketing and our Sales, Operations, and Branch teams ensuring brand standards are upheld, field teams are supported, and marketing initiatives are executed smoothly across all markets.

Compensation & Work Environment Details

  • Hourly Range: $21.00 - $26.00
  • Schedule: Full-time
  • Work Environment: Remote

What You'll Do

Brand, Compliance & Standardization

  • Serve as the primary liaison for branches to ensure all local materials, signage, and communications align with brand standards (logos, colors, messaging).
  • Protect and uphold brand integrity across all branch-level marketing efforts.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Corporate Marketing to identify opportunities to standardize and optimize marketing materials while respecting local market needs.

Asset & Storefront Management

  • Manage requests, distribution, and inventory of promotional swag and marketing collateral.
  • Support the Marketing Storefront as a self-service resource for branches, including ordering guidance and inventory processes.

Sales & Campaign Support

  • Act as a triage point for urgent sales-related marketing requests such as customized decks, flyers, or logo updates.
  • Support execution of campaigns, social media initiatives, and marketing activities specific to MultiPro Property Solutions.

Digital & Communications Oversight

  • Coordinate branch-level website updates (addresses, phone numbers, location details) with the MPS COE and Digital Marketing team.
  • Monitor local branch social media activity in partnership with the Social Media Coordinator to ensure brand and policy compliance.
  • Assist branches with adopting and using approved digital marketing tools and platforms.

New Market & Onboarding Support

  • Partner with the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing to support new market launches and campaigns.
  • Coordinate new market launch events as needed.
  • Onboard new Branch Managers and associates with marketing materials, swag orders, storefront access, and request processes.
  • Collaborate with Creative to update collateral and digital assets for new markets.

Association & Event Support

  • Assist with local market events, trade shows, and industry conferences.
  • Maintain apartment association memberships, profiles, advertising materials, and related assets.

What We're Looking For

  • Marketing Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing or communications, with a focus on external audiences.
  • Highly Organized: Able to manage multiple priorities, set clear timelines, and stay on top of details in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Communicator: Confident collaborating cross-functionally and advocating for brand standards.
  • Brand-Minded: Comfortable serving as a brand guardian who is proactive, firm, and solutions-oriented.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms; ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Field or Multi-Location Experience: Experience supporting marketing initiatives across multiple locations is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

The final compensation offered will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's location, level of experience, and skill set. As such, it may fall outside the range listed above.
