Ultra Filtered Operator

General job duties:

This individual will be responsible for operating, adjusting, and cleaning one ultra-filtered system.

Applicant must have the ability to multitask, which may include but not limited to operating, testing, adjusting, and monitoring the system and product for quality and quantity. Applicant will ensure all product batches meet lab specification. Assisting maintenance staff when needed. Must be willing to learn the process system in order to trouble shoot and maintain it. Will need to become familiar with the function and maintenance of the valves, piping, tanks, and CIP systems. Will be responsible for maintaining logs, charts, processing records, regulatory records, and seals. Must be computer literate. The shift may last up to 12 hrs. Also perform any other duties as designated by supervisor.

This person must be self motivated, detail oriented, and willing to be flexible as to their schedule.

Applicant must agree to work according to Good Manufacturing Practices. Must be at least 18 years of age.
