Position Title: LTSS Care Navigator Work Location: San Antonio, TX Remote Assignment Duration: 3 months Work Arrangement: 8am-5pm CST

Fast-paced role supporting members with special health care needs at The Organization. Key Responsibilities:
Connect with members or parents of children with special health care needs and challenges
Assist members through telephonic work
Gather information via probing to support decision-making
Qualification & Experience:
Required Education: HS Diploma
Preferred Education: Bachelor
Must haves:
Excellent customer service skills
Strong computer skills
Attention to detail
Telephonic work experience
Reliable internet connection
