An industry-leading manufacturer known for delivering high-quality, custom-built solutions is seeking an Assembler to join its production team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with carpentry, construction, or framing experience who takes pride in precision, quality, and craftsmanship. Bilingual candidates are preferred, but not required.

Hours & Pay

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. to finish
• Pay Rate: $18 per hour
• Employment Type: Temp-to-hire

What You'll Do Each Day

• Complete final finishing work based on customer blueprint specifications and detailed drawings
• Install components such as jamb guards, light switches, flat trim, end caps, floor caps, vents, thermometers, and other specified details
• Use basic hand tools, tape measures, nail/staple guns, cordless drills, saws, and related equipment
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished work meets specifications and workmanship standards
• Maintain attention to detail while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Stand for extended periods and safely handle materials throughout the shift

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in carpentry, construction, or framing
• Comfortable reading and working from blueprint specifications (training provided)
• Experience using basic hand tools and measuring equipment
• Bilingual a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable, safety-focused, and eager to learn
