Quality Systems Analyst - SAP / Distribution Controls (Hybrid)

Location: Marlborough, MA (Onsite Tues-Thurs)

Pay Rate: Up to $35/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)

We are seeking a Quality Systems Analyst to support the Global Quality Distribution Product Controls team within a regulated medical device environment. This hybrid role focuses on SAP data management, distribution controls, and quality compliance, ensuring products meet certification requirements prior to shipment.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with ERP/SAP experience who want to grow within quality systems, supply chain, and regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, maintain, and validate distribution control data within SAP (ERP system)
• Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies using structured problem-solving tools
• Analyze and reconcile data from multiple systems to correct errors and gaps
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and task tracking
• Support SAP system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvements
• Communicate technical and data-related information to non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and provide guidance
• Assist with workflow optimization, special projects, and administrative support
• Deliver work accurately and within established timelines

Quality & Compliance:

• Maintain strict adherence to Quality System requirements
• Demonstrate commitment to patient safety, product quality, and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-2 years of experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (Oracle, JD Edwards, etc.)
• 1-2 years of experience in a regulated industry (medical device or pharmaceutical preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using standard problem-solving and data validation tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data analytics or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Background in supply chain, distribution, or warehouse operations
