A well-established logistics and supply chain leader is seeking an experienced Warehouse Data Entry Clerk to support daily warehouse operations through accurate data management, KPI tracking, and analytical reporting. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced logistics environments and brings strong Excel and reporting expertise to the table.

Hours & Pay

• Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• Pay Rate: $24 per hour
• Employment Type: Temp-to-hire

What You'll Do Each Day

• Perform high-volume, accurate data entry supporting warehouse and logistics operations
• Analyze operational data and generate reports to support leadership decision-making
• Track, maintain, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and warehouse metrics
• Build and maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, charts, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
• Utilize advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF and nested formulas, and data validation
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records with a high level of accuracy
• Support administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and correspondence
• Partner with warehouse leadership to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and consistency
• Identify discrepancies, troubleshoot data issues, and resolve them in a timely manner

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in data entry and data analysis within a warehouse or logistics environment
• Proven experience in tracking and reporting KPI metrics
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
• Prior administrative experience supporting warehouse or distribution operations preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
