What It Takes to Shine:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of admin or office support experience
• Solid Microsoft Office skills
• Friendly attitude and sharp organizational skills
• Able to lift 30 lbs.

How You'll Keep It All Together:

• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Greet visitors and respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and by email
• Sort and distribute mail; coordinate outgoing shipments
• Manage office supplies, lunchroom items, and business materials
• Support printers, copiers, and office equipment
• Assist with meeting coordination, filing, and document management
• Support office events, projects, and daily operations
• Assist with vendor coordination and facilities-related requests
