Small Hands Big Hearts Therapy (SHBH) is seeking a Medical Sales Representative to serve as a community outreach and referral liaison in the San Antonio market and surrounding counties. This role focuses on building referral relationships to support access to home health therapy services for children and young adults ages birth to 21, including Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), and Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).

Salary: Up to $60,000 base + bonus and Mileage reimbursement

Territory & Location

• Covers a 28-county territory
• Must reside in Bexar County or an adjacent county
• Home-based office with local travel for in-person outreach

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Small Hands Big Hearts Therapy (SHBH) in the community to develop and grow referral partnerships for home health OT, PT, and SLP services (ages birth-21).
• Conduct outbound outreach through in-person visits to prospective and existing referral sources.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with medical providers, schools, community organizations, and other referral partners.
• Support marketing and promotional initiatives, including campaigns, materials, and local events.
• Track outreach activity, referral trends, and sales performance; prepare reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal clinical and operational teams to ensure a smooth referral and service experience.
• Assist with product rollouts, trade shows, and community events as needed.
