Program Manager M_PEDS-HEMATOLOGY Full Time 87520BR Job Summary The UCSF Hemophilia Treatment Center (HTC) is a federally-funded, state-designated Hemophilia Comprehensive Diagnostic and Treatment Center. The Center must comply with an increasing number of federal and state mandated regulations. This position is being created as the Center requires a Program Manager to ensure compliance with these regulations as well as to manage overall program performance. The Program Manager will manage all aspects of the program with particular attention to the Center's 340B factor medication distribution program, federal grants, and special projects. The Program Manager is responsible for the integration of the separate Oakland and San Francisco 340B programs, into a single program. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $113,800 - $242,800 (Annual Rate).
