**About the Role / Your Impact**

In this critical role, you will be instrumental in developing high-quality, multimedia-rich training solutions from concept to completion. You'll work independently and collaboratively to analyze training needs, design comprehensive curricula, and create compelling e-learning programs that resonate with adult learners. Your expertise in instructional design, coupled with strong video production and e-learning authoring skills, will enable you to craft experiences that not only educate but also engage and motivate. This is a chance to leave a lasting mark on employee development, directly influencing skill enhancement and business outcomes through an initial 6-month engagement with potential for extension.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Apply advanced instructional design theories to create engaging course content, collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders.

* Develop complex e-learning programs and applications, including interactive modules and video-based training.

* Lead the creation of new training programs from scratch, conducting thorough needs analyses to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

* Consult with internal teams to define training objectives, develop curriculum plans, and support continuous employee performance improvement.

* Integrate stakeholder feedback into learning designs, skillfully navigating priorities to deliver maximum business value.

* Leverage adult learning principles to select optimal training media and methodologies tailored to diverse audiences and learning contexts.

* Contribute to the design of robust evaluation strategies and tools to measure program effectiveness and ensure desired learning outcomes are achieved.

**What You'll Bring / Must-Have Qualifications**

* 3+ years of hands-on experience in instructional design, e-learning development, and video production.

* Proven expertise with e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline.

* Strong proficiency in multimedia development, with a heavy emphasis on video editing and production skills (e.g., using tools like Adobe Creative Suite).

* Demonstrated ability to work with complex content and design training for various modalities (classroom, online, self-paced e-learning).

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and designs to diverse audiences.

* Excellent project management, analytical, and presentation skills.

* Comfortable presenting recommendations and influencing stakeholders.

* A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

* Broad knowledge of instructional technologies and the ability to augment standard e-learning functionality with custom programming.
