Responsibilities Be instrumental in supporting admin and office operations in Durham and providing anexcellent experience for team members and visitors As needed, provide on site support during the office renovation in our Durham office Work independently and interdependently with our office team on shifting priorities Organize and keep clean our kitchens, conference rooms, common areas, and storage spaces Plan and coordinate office events (both large and small) including client visits, happyhours, holiday parties Coordinate tasks related to planning and executing new hire onboarding e.g. setting upnew desks, sending out welcome gift Coordinate the logistics for new office setups and team moves Help track and resolve work orders and facilities requests Foster our project teams' success by offering support as needed Submit monthly expense reports tracking purchases for the Durham office Qualifications 2+ years of administrative or office operations experience Proactive, helpful, can-do attitude. Organized with great time management skills and an ability to quickly adjust with ever-changingpriorities Independent and creative thinker who can get things done Exceptional organizational skills.
