Urgent Short-Term Project Opportunity - Start Monday, January 26th! Are you a struggling to land your first job? Or someone between jobs and looking for immediate work? We have an urgent 2-3 month project starting next Monday, January 26th, and we're looking for motivated individuals who can start right away. We're seeking candidates with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to hit the ground running. Role Overview In this position, you will provide proactive floor support across Zones 1, 2, and 3 to help maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment. Your efforts will directly contribute to reducing safety risks and preventing prohibited items from entering automated operational areas. Key Responsibilities * Perform walk-throughs every 2 hours across Zones 1-3, monitoring cases moving through driveways. * Identify and remove prohibited items-such as aerosol cans-to ensure compliance and safety within all zones. * Confirm that only LOTO-certified personnel conduct intervention and recovery activities. * Serve as an additional layer of operational support to minimize risks associated with manual handling and driveway movement. * Escalate unsafe conditions, compliance concerns, or repeated issues to Operations and Safety leadership teams. Required Skills * Strong communication abilities * Professional, approachable demeanor * Basic familiarity with tools like Excel * (Bonus) Experience around retrofit environments Location Hermiston, OR 97838, USA We are hiring 4 total resources, with 1 per shift. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
