**About the Role**

As a key operational point person, you will be at the heart of the post-production process for high-impact marketing campaigns. You'll ensure the seamless and timely delivery of a diverse range of promotional content, from initial lock to final distribution. Your expertise will guarantee that every piece of marketing material meets the highest standards of creative intent, legal compliance, and technical accuracy, directly contributing to the successful launch and promotion of groundbreaking projects. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with creative and media teams, manage critical vendor relationships, and uphold the quality that defines a global entertainment powerhouse.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage the end-to-end finishing workflows for a variety of audiovisual marketing assets, ensuring smooth progression from final creative lock through delivery.

* Serve as the primary liaison with finishing vendors, meticulously coordinating schedules, turnovers, revisions, technical specifications, and deadlines, while proactively identifying and escalating potential risks.

* Maintain comprehensive and accurate reporting by tracking the status of multiple concurrent campaigns across a diverse portfolio of content.

* Collaborate closely with creative teams to communicate notes, confirm artistic intent, and verify the accuracy of graphics, branding elements, and various content versions.

* Conduct thorough reviews of finished promotional content and digital files for critical elements such as shot accuracy, color consistency, formatting, captioning, and platform compliance.

* Partner with media teams to facilitate efficient deliveries, content rotations, placement, and the accuracy of all necessary tracking codes.

* Monitor and manage legal and industry clearance notes, coordinating required revisions with creative teams to ensure full compliance.

**What You'll Bring**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Proven experience in the day-to-day operational execution of finishing processes for audiovisual marketing materials.

* Demonstrated ability to serve as a primary operational contact for vendors, schedules, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

* Expertise in managing finishing workflows for promotional content and digital assets.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate complex schedules, revisions, and deadlines across multiple campaigns.

* Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in reviewing finished content for technical accuracy, creative intent, and compliance.

* Experience collaborating effectively with creative and media teams.

* Familiarity with legal and industry clearance processes and coordination of related revisions.
