| Position Purpose |
To coordinate administrative responsibilities for the Appointment Office ensuring efficient and timely logistical appointment support functions. To provide welcoming and service-appropriate scheduling for appointments in the outpatient clinic at the College Health Service, using the electronic scheduling system and independent interpretation of policies and guidelines. |

- Three years in a medical office or related setting.
- Competency with standard computer applications, including electronic medical record and e-mail.
- Demonstrated proficiency managing high phone volume.
- Ability to understand and observe strict confidentiality.

- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated team player.
- Commitment to diversity and to serving the needs of a diverse population.
