The Associate Manager (contractor) is a product liaison with cross-functional teams within Amplify, including Sales, Marketing, and Bids & Proposals. They collaborate with other members of the Product team to support our Bids & Proposals process.

Bids/RFPs: Leading the processes to respond to districts interested in reviewing our products to provide us with the best chance possible at getting adopted.

  • Supports the review of incoming Bids/RFPS on behalf of the Suite to understand whether our products are aligned to the given opportunity; flagging where additional development or stakeholder engagement may be needed prior to response.

  • Supports the completion of RFP materials alongside Bids.

*This is a part-time contract role.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer support, account management, professional development role, classroom teaching or similar experience required, with a track record of high-quality results

  • Prior experience with the Amplify Math products

  • Excellent communication skills, particularly written

  • Ability to effectively support a project plan with tasks, owners, deliverables, and due dates

  • Proficiency with office software, including Google products (Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft products (Excel, Word)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • K-12 teaching experience

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this role is $45.00
