The Lead Treasury Analyst plays a critical role in developing and executing enterprisewide funding, liquidity, and exposure management strategies. This position manages key analytical processes that safeguard Baker Hughes' balance sheet, including FX and interest rate risk analytics, hedging execution, and Treasury Management System (TMS) governance.

As a Lead Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for:

* Assessing companywide asset and liability exposures and entering into appropriate hedging or offsetting transactions to mitigate risks.

* Managing and conducting analytical work to identify FX, interest rate, and other market risks embedded in Baker Hughes' balance sheet exposures.

* Employing advanced analytics to determine appropriate hedging strategies and conducting trade execution in line with Treasury governance.

* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal risk frameworks, and corporate Treasury policies.

* Serving as operational owner for Treasury Management System governance, including exposure management modules, workflows, and related process controls.

* Advising functional managers and business partners on Treasury impacts related to projects, processes, and procedures.

* Coordinating with Treasury colleagues, investors, banks, and liquidity providers on exposure positions and funding activities.

* Contributing as a team member or leading small projects with 3-6month delivery horizons and 2-12month impact timelines.

To be successful in this role you will:

* Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of Finance experience).

* Bring a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in exposure management or related Treasury disciplines.

* Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.

* Possess excellent interpersonal and leadership capabilities.

* Lead initiatives of moderate scope and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

* Exhibit strong analytical thinking, problemsolving ability, and organizational discipline.

* Bring experience with Treasury systems, capital markets fundamentals, or financial risk management.
