Introduction to the job

ASML US brings together the most creative minds in science and technology to develop lithography machines that are key to producing faster, cheaper, more energy-efficient microchips. We design, develop, integrate, market and service these advanced machines, which enable our customers - the world's leading chipmakers - to reduce the size and increase the functionality of their microchips, which in turn leads to smaller, more powerful consumer electronics. Our headquarters are in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, and we have 18 office locations around the United States including main offices in Chandler, Arizona, San Jose and San Diego, California, Wilton, Connecticut, and Hillsboro, Oregon.

This position will be part of the Capability Center within ASML Business Services with a primary focus on ASML US projects. It provides guidance to drive stakeholder engagement and project requirements assessment, and will support business transformation projects. This internship role will support the Lean Deployment Lead in the development, deployment, and change management of Lean initiatives.

Your Assignment

  • Support the design and development of a Lean SharePoint site to centralize project documentation, resources, and communications

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive reporting dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights, support decision-making, and drive operational efficiency across business units

  • Assist in project planning, tracking milestones, and coordinating deliverables across teams

  • Contribute to change management activities including stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and training support

  • Create a strategy for user adoption of new tools and platforms

  • If time permits, execute the communication plan

  • Other duties as assigned

Your Profile

  • Currently pursuing a degree in business, project management, communications, marketing, information systems, or a related fieldwith a minimum of two years completed.

  • Familiarity with business project management and transformation initiatives

  • Exposure to waterfall and agile project methodologies

  • Understanding of Lean principles and continuous improvement practices

  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Skills

  • Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset and familiarity with Lean and Agile methodologies

  • Ability to develop and apply modern solutions (processes, tools, data) that meet business requirements

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across functions and levels

  • Comfortable working in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment; values diverse perspectives

  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively to manage multiple responsibilities

  • High sense of responsibility, accountability, and commitment to quality

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with Power BI and SharePoint is a plus

Other information

  • This position is located on-site in Chandler, AZ. It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation.

  • Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus.

  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
